Task Description Templates should have consistent, well-named, specific #id and .class attributes across the whole core codebase. This should allow for a much reduced stylesheet, and continuity of style across the site.

Elements should use semantic tags where possible e.g. h1, h2, h3 etc for headings instead of custom span classes, p for paragraphs instead of divs, ul/ol instead of tables for lists.
